KFC Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager at KBP Foods KFC, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer service at one of our bustling locations. Your role is pivotal in upholding operational excellence and contributing to KFC's renowned legacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste management to optimize resources.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by aligning with the brand's values and mission.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
