About the role
As a Shift Manager at KBP Foods KFC, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer service at one of our bustling locations.Responsibilities
- Lead a team to ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Manage daily operations, including menu preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to the overall success of KFC's brand and legacy.
Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
