About the role
As a Shift Manager at KBP Foods KFC franchise, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer service at one of our bustling locations.Responsibilities
- Uphold operational excellence and contribute to KFC's legacy.
- Lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure smooth operations during all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
