KFC Shift Manager

About the role

As a Shift Manager at KBP Foods KFC franchise, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer service at one of our bustling locations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold operational excellence and contribute to KFC's legacy.
• Lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensure smooth operations during all shifts.
• Manage inventory, staff schedules, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing development opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to the overall success of the KFC brand.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Schedule

Shifts are typically from 6 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Saturday, with potential for evening and weekend shifts.
