About the role
As a Shift Manager at KBP Foods KFC franchise, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer service at one of our bustling locations. Upholding operational excellence and contributing to KFC's renowned legacy, you will play a pivotal part in the restaurant's success.Responsibilities
- Lead a team to provide outstanding customer service.
- Ensure smooth operations and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and waste management to optimize efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the restaurant's financial records.
- Collaborate with other managers to maintain a consistent brand image.
Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
