Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment

Pay

Expected starting compensation range: $62,353.00 - $70,000.00 per year. Exact compensation varies based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law, and will be discussed during the hiring process.
