Keynote Specialist & Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Develop visually compelling presentation decks that align with client branding and project objectives.
  • Translate complex ideas and data into easily understandable visual formats, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to established brand guidelines and corporate standards.
  • Interface directly with corporate executives to capture presentation objectives and narrative flow.
  • Analyze complex business concepts and ask clarifying questions to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Distill executive input into actionable direction for design.
  • Cook up and manage timelines, version control, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for project status updates.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate the professional presence required to interact with C-suite leadership.
  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Apple Keynote. Familiarity with standard project management software and macOS ecosystems.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize high-level corporate strategy into visual storytelling.
  • Professionalism: Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the organization effectively in a corporate office environment.
  • Flexibility: Must be able to work on-site 2-3 days per week in Sunnyvale, CA, as required by the executive schedule, while maintaining productivity in a remote capacity. Work from home is available otherwise.
  • Growth mindset: Desire to continue building skill set through asking questions, working in new programs, and working across design styles.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting executive communications or presentation design.
  • Minimum 1 year of experiences designingly natively in Keynote is required. Knowledge of Keynote templating is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and the Adobe Suite are a plus.
  • Professional experience and/or higher education in communications, arts, design, and/or business.
