Keyholder/Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and point of sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including making nightly cash deposits.
• Complete reports such as donation counts, readings, daily business statements, deposits, and cash drawer balances.
• Inspect, sort, hang, tag, price, and prepare textiles and goods for resale.
• Promote the development of service participants.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safe operating procedures for equipment.
• Support the mission of serving the community.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• Able to operate a cash register, perform stock duties, and provide customer service.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Previous supervisory experience in customer service with retail or food service experience is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (preferred).
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and pride in your work.

Schedule
