Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the management team to achieve store objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Lead by example through effective selling skills and exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience. - Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting, and organized store environment. - Operate the cash register, utilizing your product knowledge to drive add-on sales. - Take on the role of Acting Manager on Duty when store management is absent. - Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

- Prior experience in specialty/apparel retail management, particularly in a similar role, with a track record of leading teams to success and achieving high sales performance. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to adapt to various situations, environments, and job requirements. - Stay updated on current fashion trends and styles.

Physical Requirements

- Stand and walk during working hours. - Lift and move merchandise, packages weighing up to 50 pounds. - Reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, and retrieval poles.
