Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead by example through strong selling skills and exceptional customer service, ensuring that the team consistently delivers a memorable shopping experience.
- Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting, and organized store environment.
- Operate the cash register, utilizing your product knowledge to promote add-on sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assume managerial responsibilities when the store manager is absent, including overseeing store operations and managing staff.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Prioritize experience in specialty/apparel retail management, particularly in a similar role, with a track record of leading teams to success and achieving high sales performance.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and styles in retail and fashion.
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, packing and unpacking shipments, arranging store fixtures, and handling merchandise using various tools.
