Key Duties

• Opening and closing the store
• Merchandising
• Store cleanliness and basic maintenance
• Maintaining a high level of person sales, setting the pace on the sales floor
• Assisting with staff training and supervision when necessary
• Inventory management
• Processing and reporting sales transactions
• Assist the manager with employee training and development
• Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently

Qualifications

• An industrious individual who's eager to meet the needs of their team and customer
• A professional at all times regarding personal and store appearance, as well as team and customer interactions
• A good communicator with an emphasis on making outstanding first impressions
• Able to ensure customer satisfaction regardless of the circumstances
• Works well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
• Interested in using technology to efficiently and effectively learn our systems and procedures
• Interested in learning about the products that serve our customers best
• Able to identify and solve problems professionally as they arise
• Average of one year of work experience in retail and have experience in cash handling
• Previous retail supervisory experience

Benefits

• Training rate of $18.00 per hour
• After training, employees convert to 10% commissions based on net sales, with no cap on earnings

Hours

• Open 7 days a week
• Full-time position, 30 to 40 hours per week
• Part-time position below 30 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility
