Key Leader (KOP)

About the role

The Retail Store Keyleader oversees store opening and closing duties, cultivates exceptional customer service, and leads the team in achieving sales goals and operational efficiency. They support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, leading the team through constructive feedback, development, and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Contribute to the career development of team members
• Perform operational duties such as opening and closing registers, visual merchandising, inventory management, and light housekeeping
• Create memorable in-store experiences in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail industry
• 1+ year experience in retail management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick and effective decisions
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Great sense of style
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Compensation

$19-$21 per hour
