About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. You will lead by example, modeling behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving all sales and customer service targets.
You will also handle essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation and be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rotating basis. Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
- Lead by example to inspire and mentor the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Perform start and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis.
- Drive sales and customer service targets through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
Qualifications (Desirable)
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
