Key Holder-The Cosmetics Company Store-Part Time-Albertville, MN
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modeling behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving all sales and customer service targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and mentor the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Carry out essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation using retail and cash handling experience.
- Responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
Pay
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.63 to $29.38. Exact hourly rate depends on factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The rate may vary based on geographic location. This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education support, and participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
