Key Holder - The Cosmetic Company Store - Part time - Lee, MA

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. You will lead by example, modeling behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving all sales and customer service targets.

You will also use your retail and cash handling experience to perform essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation, as well as open and close the store on a rotating basis. This role is ideal for an ambitious self-starter with previous retail experience seeking their first supervisory opportunity and a long-term career with a leader in prestige beauty.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
• Lead by example to inspire and mentor the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Perform cash reconciliation at the start and end of each day.
• Open and close the store on a rotating basis.
• Drive sales and customer service targets through coaching and team leadership.

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.

Qualifications (Desirable)

• Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Pay

Anticipated base salary range: $18.98 to $31.63 per hour (based on a 40-hour work week; range scaled accordingly depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget).
