Visual Merchandising. Lead new floor sets, replenishment of sales floor with new merchandise and roll out seasonal promotions and markdowns.
Operational excellence. Lead inventory counts, actively reduce shortage & loss and be knowledgeable of all cashier functions.
Keep up to date with all training modules and cross functional roles.
