Key Holder - Production | Hall of Fame

About the role

Every Sunday off! Work in a fast‑paced processing department accepting donations, presorting and pricing merchandise, helping the team live out the mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide while upholding the core values of Trustworthy, Team‑Minded, and Teachable.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily required job duties within the processing team and department.
• Accept donations, presort and price merchandise.
• Achieve daily and weekly production goals set by the manager (company goal of 35 pieces produced per hour).
• Produce quick and accurate work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Assist the team by living out the mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide and carrying out the core values of being Trustworthy, Team‑Minded, and Teachable.

Requirements

• Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting.
• Commitment to KARM Stores mission and mission statement.
• Computer skills including general typing and web browsing.
• Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
• Become proficient in production to meet established goals.
• Ability to stand up to 100% of a standard work day.
• Lifting and bending up to 75% of a standard work day.
• Moderate to heavy physical activity; position may require frequent strenuous activity.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds is essential for job performance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay

Hourly wage range: $16.00 – $17.00.

Schedule

Department hours: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.; some Saturdays required; opening/closing shifts may be required; every Sunday off.
