About the role

As a Key Holder, you’ll be an integral part of our store’s day-to-day operations, working alongside the management team to create memorable moments for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service in a fun, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible.
• Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures.
• Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role.
• Merchandising skills with a flair for organizing and presenting products that catch guests' attention.
• Friendly, outgoing personality that naturally draws people in.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule—weekends, evenings, and holidays are part of the role.
• Must be 21 or older for liquor sales.
• Flexible availability, including morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays; open availability is a plus.
• Frequent standing, walking, and occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.
