About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will lead by example, modeling behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.

You will also use your retail and cash handling experience to perform essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation, and you will have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the store.
• Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
• Perform cash reconciliation at the start and end of each day.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.

Qualifications (Desirable)

• Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.39 to $32.31. The exact rate depends on factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget, and may vary based on geographic location.

In addition to the hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, as well as participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
