Key Holder

About the Role

As the Wilson Retail Key Holder, you are an integral part of the store leadership team. You embody Wilson’s core values and our commitment that the most important role in the company is the Athlete Advisor. You are responsible for providing an exceptional in-store experience for the Athlete Advisors and your customers, as well as supporting innovative and exciting community experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class in-store experience as an individual employee and floor leader.
• Provide feedback and coaching to your team to deliver the daily sales plan.
• Support visual merchandising sets and moves.
• Accurately and efficiently receive and process inventory.
• Support store projects and brand initiatives.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with your team and store leadership.
• Open and close the store as the store leader, adhering to proper cash handling procedures.
• Attend monthly group tennis lessons.
• Support community activations and ambassador relationships.

Requirements

• Two or more years’ experience in a sales environment.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional consumer experience every day.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• High level of autonomy and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Commitment to bold ideas and continuous progress.
• Integrity and respect in every situation.
• Experience leading a team and supporting store management.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr at the time of this posting.
