About the role

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
• Drive sales through engaging customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics
• Aid in daily store tasks such as merchandising, price changes, and stock

Requirements

• A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and in a team setting
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Punctual and dependable
• Demonstration experience is an asset

Qualifications

• Passion and energy for retail and customer service
• Knowledge of the latest trends in retail products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
