Responsibilities

• Provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products in retail.
• Maximize store sales by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals while working in an exciting and highly energetic team environment.
• Deliver a high level of passion and energy, while providing expert-level product knowledge.
• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics.
• Assist in daily store tasks, such as merchandising, price changes, and stock management.

Requirements

• A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in group settings.
• Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Demonstration experience is an asset.
• Enthusiasm and a fun-loving attitude!
