About the role

Showcase “Home of the Hottest Trends” is proud to be one of Canada's "Best Managed Companies" since 2021-2024 and recognized globally for its innovative retail approach. We are currently seeking Part-Time Sales Associates at our Eastview Mall, Victor NY location.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere by conducting storefront demos
• Maximize sales by achieving and exceeding personal productivity goals
• Engage customers through suggestive selling and product knowledge sharing
• Achie and maintain sales targets and key performance metrics
• Contribute to daily store tasks such as merchandising, price changes, and stock management

Qualifications

• A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Punctuality and dependability
• Demonstration experience is a plus
