About the role

The Key Holder at Dadeland Mall is responsible for managing and promoting sales culture within the Retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals. This role also involves recruiting, training, and developing high-performing Team Members, ensuring product knowledge, and managing loss prevention.

Responsibilities

  • Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer data.
  • Assist with the recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing Team Members.
  • Understand and maintain own level of Product Knowledge and ensure Team Members’ knowledge is communicated effectively to customers.
  • Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain a highly profitable location and high service levels.
  • Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business growth.
  • Manage and monitor Loss Prevention activities.
  • Achieve or exceed Inventory and Shrink goals; oversee and manage Physical Inventory.
  • Directly responsible for the execution and processing of merchandise, both incoming and outgoing (Transfers).
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities to the store manager.
  • Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives to meet or exceed Psycho Bunny’s standards.
  • Execute all requirements concerning OSHA to maintain a safe and compliant working atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve overall goals.

Requirements

  • 1-year minimum retail management experience.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail operations and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of retail industry best practices and standards.
