Requirements

• Previous sales experience
• Love for clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (e.g., lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear)
• Ability to listen to customers’ needs and provide excellent service
• Proactive and conscientious
• Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods (depending on availability)
• Looking for a career with new challenges
• Functionally bilingual (an asset)

Responsibilities

• Advise customers to maximize sales potential under the supervision of the store management team
• Open and close the store
• Provide customers with a warm welcome
• Help customers find what they’re looking for, answer questions, explain products (quality, materials, features), and suggest additional items
• Assist customers in the fitting room
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals (training provided)
• Manage the sales floor in the absence of managers
• Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor for a memorable shopping experience
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store and backstore
• Stay informed about new products to share top picks with customers
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions
• Respect and apply policies and procedures from various head office departments
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team

Pay

Hourly salary: $15.25 - $18.00
