Key Holder
Role Summary
As a Key Holder, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the store, creating an energetic and exciting atmosphere for Fluent products. You will match customer needs with the right products under the guidance of your store team, aiming to convert visitors into loyal Fluent customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities accurately and efficiently, ensuring cash handling standards are met and securing company funds.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in any environment, maintaining a positive and engaging demeanor.
- Activate or deactivate alarms as applicable, conduct batch inventory counts, distribute and assign cash drawers, and assess customer health conditions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor and follow up on customer interactions requiring additional research.
- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Contribute to the team's knowledge of product benefits and communicate with leadership about ongoing issues.
Qualifications/Experience
- 2 years of previous experience with customer service desired.
- 2 years of sales experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The employee is regularly required to stand at a workstation for extended periods, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and use an iPad, laptop, or desktop for extended periods to read, review, and analyze information and provide recommendations and summaries to patients. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 25 pounds.
