KEY HOLDER

About the role

A part-time Key Holder at Bath & Body Works/White Barn supports the store leadership team by driving sales through effective execution of operational and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty when scheduled, handling customer service, vendor relationships, and maintenance issues.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers for both individuals and teams.
• Lead and model selling and customer experience standards.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift direction and goals for associates.
• Build a loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and collecting customer contact information.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and dissemination of company directives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement as directed.

Qualifications

• Preferably an existing sales associate aspiring to a management role.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Proven track record in sales and operational performance.
• Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and peak hours.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
