Your Profile
- Educational background: Associate degree, technical certification, trade school training, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience: 0-2 years in manufacturing, machining, tooling, or technical support.
- Work ethic and decision-making: Self-motivated, strong work ethic, ability to make independent decisions confidently, interested in a career in technical sales or key account support.
- Organizational skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Interpersonal and communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present, persuade, and sell value, consultative, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Creative problem solving: Able to think creatively and develop 'outside-the-box' solutions for client needs and challenges.
- Travel flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to meet with customers and stakeholders in designated sales regions.
- Business acuity: Business-minded, able to plan and develop strategies, adaptable to quick changes in dynamic environments.
- Customer focus and teamwork: Customer-centric, proven ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, maintain strong client relationships.
- Project management and training: Demonstrated experience in project management, product presentations, and delivering training to both employees and customers, ability to adapt to evolving business needs and industry developments.
