Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to enhance revenue and product adoption
  • Identify new opportunities in OEM product roadmaps for HVAC/R technologies
  • Expand product presence and cross-sell relevant technologies within accounts
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Act as the main commercial contact for ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Facilitate technical collaborations between customers and internal teams
  • Manage a robust pipeline aligned with growth initiatives and provide accurate forecasting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in OEM sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development
  • Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, components, or power electronics
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements

Pay

$104,400 – $161,760 annually
