Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to enhance revenue and product adoption
- Identify new opportunities in OEM product roadmaps for HVAC/R technologies
- Expand product presence and cross-sell relevant technologies within accounts
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Act as the main commercial contact for ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
- Facilitate technical collaborations between customers and internal teams
- Manage a robust pipeline aligned with growth initiatives and provide accurate forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in OEM sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development
- Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, components, or power electronics
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements

Pay
$104,400 – $161,760 annually
