Customer Inspired Culture
- Use CRM to plan for customer conversations, enter customer insights, and identify next steps.
- Provide job site service and problem resolution.
- Provide sales quotes and coordinate deliveries with sales coordinator, operations, and internal dispatch.
- Engage in Values Based Sales to identify business needs and generate new opportunities.
- Support local industry association and community activities and events.
Internal Communication and Team Support
- Develop and implement sales budgets and forecasts for assigned territory.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding rolling forecasts.
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal partners to support projects, ensure reliable delivery, and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
Market Plan Execution
- Analyze markets, industry trends, competitors, and customer information to develop and implement Annual Sales Plan.
- Execute pricing strategy as part of the Annual Sales Plan.
- Maintain positive relationships in the communities where the company operates.
- Generate new customers using traditional and innovative methods such as cold calls, relationship management systems, marketing campaign tools, etc.
