  • Customer Inspired Culture

    • Use CRM to plan for customer conversations, enter customer insights, and identify next steps.
    • Provide job site service and problem resolution.
    • Provide sales quotes and coordinate deliveries with sales coordinator, operations, and internal dispatch.
    • Engage in Values Based Sales to identify business needs and generate new opportunities.
    • Support local industry association and community activities and events.
  • Internal Communication and Team Support

    • Develop and implement sales budgets and forecasts for assigned territory.
    • Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding rolling forecasts.
    • Communicate proactively with customers and internal partners to support projects, ensure reliable delivery, and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
  • Market Plan Execution

    • Analyze markets, industry trends, competitors, and customer information to develop and implement Annual Sales Plan.
    • Execute pricing strategy as part of the Annual Sales Plan.
    • Maintain positive relationships in the communities where the company operates.
    • Generate new customers using traditional and innovative methods such as cold calls, relationship management systems, marketing campaign tools, etc.
