Key Account Executive (Sales)

The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing accounts within the Northern Virginia region, including Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax. Key duties include educating and upselling diagnostic laboratory services, serving as a liaison between clients and operations, providing ongoing account management, resolving issues, and developing educational materials. The role also focuses on meeting monthly retention and upsell targets, collaborating with senior sales staff to grow the business, and ensuring excellent customer service. Qualifications and skills include a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor's degree. > 3 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in diagnostics, medical, or laboratory sales, are desired. Experience with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 base, plus bonus and commission potential.
