Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory, along with the local sales team, to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
- Effectively cold call on potential large customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
- Efficiently plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
- Demonstrate our products to potential customers to show the value and quality of our products.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into our systems.
Requirements
- The ability to move to and from potential or actual customer and associates' locations and company meetings at locations within the assigned geographic area of responsibility while holding the required insurance coverage minimums.
- Minimum 5 years of strategic selling experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- 1st year compensation plans range from $65,000-$105,000.
- Compensation range includes commissions on sales. The rate of commissions paid varies from 0% to 12%, depending on product, amount and price sold.
- Mileage and expense reimbursement.
