Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global account strategies in collaboration with scientific and business operations
- Achieve revenue targets for the company Dx and CRO product lines while meeting strategic objectives
- Build and maintain executive relationships to enhance the company’s position as a Precision Medicine Partner
- Become a strategic advisor by deeply understanding partners' strategies and pipelines
- Negotiate contracts and ensure effective execution with key client accounts
- Align cross-functional teams to deliver maximum value to clients efficiently
- Collaborate with clients to create impactful case studies showcasing the company’s contributions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in Business Development and Sales in Life Sciences, focusing on Pharma/Biotech
- 5+ years with organizations supporting R&D and diagnostic solutions in clinical trials
- Strong familiarity with U.S. and international drug and diagnostic regulatory approval processes
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design and execution timelines
- Prominent ability to negotiate complex, multi-year agreements successfully
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Business; advanced degrees like an MBA or PhD preferred
