About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Administer and maintain employee benefits programs
- Comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually.
Schedule
The position is full-time and works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
