Essential Functions
- Performs maintenance duties and upkeep of grounds, recreational facilities, and buildings.
- Performs repairs and preventative maintenance on facilities and premises.
- Operates light equipment (backhoe and pickup truck).
- Performs maintenance on equipment and light to heavy physical labor.
Purpose
- Under general direction of a supervisor, performs general and semi-skilled work in the operation of light equipment (backhoe and pickup truck).
- May also perform maintenance on equipment and light to heavy physical labor.
