Lee County Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 109-bed skilled nursing facility located along the middle fork of the Kentucky River in the quaint town of Beattyville, Kentucky. The facility offers short-term rehabilitation services as well as long-term care; provides physical, occupational, and speech therapies; and delivers ongoing restorative therapy to maintain residents' highest level of mobility and independence. Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care to residents
- Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms
- Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
- Record vital signs and other information as assigned
- Observe residents and report any changes in condition
Requirements
- Current Medication Aide Certification and current Nursing Certification from the state
- Current/active CPR certification

Up to USD $18.77 per hour.
