Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the cleaning and general maintenance of park restrooms, office spaces, and other assigned indoor and outdoor areas of the park.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests with their questions or issues.
  • Clean and disinfect public and office areas on a scheduled rotating basis.
  • Respond to emergency clean-up situations, as needed.
  • Perform maintenance and upkeep for all restroom facilities.
  • Clean and sanitize all toilets, sinks, and counters.
  • Remove trash from all receptacles.
  • Clean and polish surfaces, windows and furniture to ensure these surfaces remain free or dirt or residue.
  • Vacuum, mop, and/or sweep the floors, as needed.
  • Monitor and immediately escalate any damages or safety hazards to maintenance or leadership.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Maintain records of all work completed and safety inspections.
  • Inspect equipment to ensure conformance with operational standards.
  • Monitor and stock cleaning supplies, tools, and chemicals.
  • All other duties assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with Pennsylvania Child Labor Laws.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work at the park during non-operating hours, including late evenings or the hours prior to the park opening each day.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work for your scheduled shift.
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail, to quickly notice objects and areas around the property that require attention.
  • Ability to make safety a priority and use the proper PPE when utilizing certain types of equipment or working in certain areas.
  • Must be able to safely and expertly operate a variety of cleaning tools and ladders.
  • Display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with all park guidelines.
  • Able to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently.
