Kennel Worker

Responsibilities

• Communication with clients when checking in or checking out their animals
• Cleaning out the kennels (including urine, feces and vomit)
• Feeding, watering, walking, and playing with pups and cats
• Bathing dogs
• Maintaining a positive attitude towards clients, coworkers, and, of course, all of our clients
• Communicating with our vet staff to insure proper care for all of our guests
• Loving and playing with our pups in playtime
• Supervising large play groups

Requirements

• A willingness to work some weekends and some holidays
• Some experience with animals is preferred, but willingness to learn is a must
• A genuine love and respect for all animals
• The ability to lift at least 50 pounds
