Kennel Assistant

About the role

This position will primarily function as a kennel attendant with a minimum of 15-25 hours per week, morning availability is required.

Responsibilities

- General janitorial at the beginning and end of the clinic workday. - Daily care for boarding patients. - Assisting both doctors and technicians with gentle restraint for treatments and procedures.

- Hard-working, adaptable and comfortable with change in a rapidly growing practice. - Dependable, honest and able to give attention to detail.

Qualifications

Experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred, but we may consider other highly motivated candidates.

Skills

- Comfortable with animal care and handling. - Detail-oriented and reliable.

Benefits

Half-day Saturday hours are required.
