Progroup is seeking a dynamic individual to join our sustainability-focused team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental management, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with Progroup’s goals
• Lead the preparation and publication of the annual sustainability report
• Manage stakeholder engagement initiatives to enhance transparency and trust
• Oversee the implementation of environmental policies and practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability roles
• Experience in preparing sustainability reports and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

• Knowledge of international sustainability standards (e.g., ISO 14001)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
