Responsibilities
- Functional day-to-day planning (e.g., supply chain/logistics, demand, supply, materials, inventory, or capacity planning)
- Demand forecasting
- Distribution requirements planning
- Rough cut capacity planning
- Inventory management
- SIOP/S&OP design, implementation, and execution
- End-to-end planning transformation
- Implementation or management of planning technology (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle EPM)
Requirements
- Master’s degree (engineers preferred) or undergraduate degree with relevant work experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience
- Fluent in English
- Located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC

Pay
Senior Business Analyst base salary: $123,000 – $127,000. Note that hiring at the top of the range is not typical; individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly to ensure market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
