Responsibilities

  • Functional day-to-day planning (e.g., supply chain/logistics, demand, supply, materials, inventory, or capacity planning)
  • Demand forecasting
  • Distribution requirements planning
  • Rough cut capacity planning
  • Inventory management
  • SIOP/S&OP design, implementation, and execution
  • End-to-end planning transformation
  • Implementation or management of planning technology (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle EPM)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (engineers preferred) or undergraduate degree with relevant work experience
  • 3–5 years of professional experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Supply chain/logistics planning

Pay

Senior Business Analyst base salary: $123,000 – $127,000. Note that hiring at the top of the range is not typical; individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly to ensure market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
