About the role
We're hiring across all levels, from early-career to principal, whether you're deep in research, building production ML systems, or somewhere in between.
Responsibilities
- Building and shipping ML models that operate at real-time speed and scale
- Working across recommendation, ranking, and generative modeling problems
- Partnering closely with product and engineering to get research into production
- Solving problems where the constraints are as interesting as the models themselves
- Helping shape how AI shows up inside tools used by millions of people
Requirements
- Strong foundations in machine learning and applied research
- Experience translating research into production systems
- Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving problem spaces
- Effective written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to have
- Experience with generative or recommendation models specifically
- Interest in real-time systems or large-scale production ML
Pay
The range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
