Equipment Operators & Line Leads

2-DAY HIRING EVENT at KDC/One
When: Tuesday, July 14th - 8:30am to 10:30am AND Wednesday, July 15th - 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Where: 8820 Smith's Mill Rd North (MT2 building) - Suite 400, New Albany
Hiring for Third Shift - M-F - 10:30pm to 7:00am

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, able to troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Lead and support production teams by promoting safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Successful candidates have leadership experience, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to motivate a team while meeting production goals.

Requirements

Equipment Operators:

  • Mechanically inclined
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Line Leads:

  • Leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to motivate a team while meeting production goals

Qualifications

Equipment Operators:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Line Leads:

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams

Skills

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
