Spinnaker, a Mactac Company, manufactures pressure-sensitive materials used in everyday products such as label printing, graphic design, packaging, displays, and medical device assembly.

About the role

We are interviewing for the following positions:

• Material Handler – operating a sit-down or stand-up forklift to move rolls of paper
• Packer – packing out rolls of machined paper
• Machine Operator – assisting or operating a machine that slits paper into smaller rolls, adds adhesive to rolls, or operates a Die Cut machine

Requirements

• Prior forklift experience for Material Handler roles
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not available for this position)

Pay

Starting pay: $20.39 or $21.96 per hour, plus shift differential. Employees are eligible for pay increases through our pay progression scale and may earn a higher hourly rate within their first year based on progression milestones.

Schedule

• Second Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• 8-hour shifts
• Bi-weekly pay
