KC - Product Delivery Specialist (Picker/Packer) - $19.25/hr - 2nd shift

About the Role

Melaleuca has immediate openings for Shipping/Distribution Team Members in Kansas City, Missouri. We are looking for team players who can ensure a quality experience for our customers. This is a non-smoking campus position.

Schedule

2nd shift – Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM. Overtime during peak times each month includes Friday and Saturday at the same times.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and distribution tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Order selection (picking)
• Visual inspection and auditing for accuracy
• Pack and ship products for customer orders

Requirements

• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality
• Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures
• Able to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality
• Able to stand or walk for the duration of the shift
• Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over the duration of the shift
• Able to perform duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
• Able to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over the duration of the shift
• Able to climb stairs

Pay

Great starting pay at $18.25 per hour + $1/hr shift differential, totaling $19.25/hr.
