KC - Product Delivery Specialist (Picker/Packer) - $18.25/hr - 1st shift

About the role

Melaleuca has immediate openings for Shipping/Distribution Team Members in Kansas City, Missouri. We are looking for team players who can ensure a quality experience for our customers. This position is located on a non-smoking campus.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and distribution tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Order selection (picking)
• Visual inspection and auditing for accuracy
• Pack and ship products for customer orders

Requirements

• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality
• Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures
• Able to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality
• Able to stand or walk for duration of shift
• Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift
• Able to perform duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
• Able to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift
• Able to climb stairs

Schedule

1st shift – Monday through Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm. Overtime at peak times each month to include Friday and Saturday, same times.

Pay

Great starting pay at $18.25 per hour.
