KC - Distribution Line Coordinator - 1st Shift - $21

About the role

This full-time Product Delivery Line Coordinator position supervises, oversees, and trains associates in the production department. The role is based in Kansas City, Missouri, on a non-smoking campus.

Responsibilities

• Completes and audits job packets to meet company requirements.
• Ensures compliance with GMPs, SOPs, safety policies, and company policies.
• Conducts daily safety trainings and exercises; maintains training and attendance records.
• Corrects product deficiencies to maintain high quality standards.
• Maintains ample supply of necessary processing supplies.
• Oversees work area cleanliness and neatness.
• Assigns daily duties to associates and completes performance evaluations or discipline recommendations.
• Tracks payroll timecards using Kronos software.
• Communicates changes in company policies, procedures, etc., to associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed, including assisting in new employee training.
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude.

Pay

Starting pay is $21/hour with a $1 shift differential, totaling $22/hour.
