Distribution Line Coordinator - 1st Shift -

Melaleuca has an immediate opening for a Product Delivery Line Coordinator to supervise, oversee and train associates in the production department as per assigned operations. This full‑time position is located in Kansas City, Missouri. The campus is non‑smoking.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 5 am – 3:30 pm.

Pay

Starting pay at $21 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Complete/audit job packets to meet company requirements.
• Ensure all GMPs and SOPs safety policies are followed along with company policies.
• Ensure daily safety trainings and exercises are followed.
• Maintain training and attendance records.
• Correct all product deficiencies to maintain high quality standards.
• Maintain ample supply of necessary processing supplies.
• Oversee that the work area is kept neat and orderly.
• Direct the assignment of daily duties to associates.
• Complete performance evaluations and/or discipline recommendations for associates.
• Track payroll timecards using Kronos software.
• Communicate any changes in company policies, procedures, etc., to associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
• Assist in new employee training.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
