What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct industry research.
• Build financial models to analyze company projections or potential transactions.
• Draft offering memorandums for public or private financings.
• Prepare client presentation materials.
• Work with clients to execute financing or merger transactions.
• Up to 10% travel by car and/or air in conjunction with local, regional and/or national travel.

What We're Looking For

• Investment Banking Knowledge - Experience with financial modeling and analysis with significant exposure to finance and accounting.
• Analytical Skills - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Knowledge of the financial markets, the industry, the analysis and reporting of financial data, and associated terminology.
• Time Management - Highly-motivated and energetic while managing one's time, and effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines to ensure the timely completion of all items.
• Personal Characteristics - Demonstrates professionalism, superior attention to detail, integrity, maturity, intellectual curiosity, initiative and good judgment; takes pride of ownership for wins and accountability for losses/mistakes with the ability to work in teams.
• Communications Skills - Excellent conceptualization, presentation and communication skills to effectively execute change.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum Required: 0-2 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, equity research, transaction advisory or valuation, commercial banking, consulting or other related roles.
• Minimum Required: None.

Systems & Technology

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
