Core Responsibilities
- Analyze business rules, refine and document system requirements, build/execute collaborative test cases, document testing results, and develop user manuals as needed.
- Manage and ensure the integrity of financial data tables within a large, complex, and integrated financial system.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate performance measurement and financial management indicators to continuously assess the accuracy of the accounting system.
- Independently resolve complex accounting business rules related to fiscal data, transactions, or financial table structures.
- Coordinate directly with external stakeholders to accurately reconcile financial data.
- Advise and guide software developers regarding authoritative GAAP compliance in the development of functional system capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics is required.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience associated with Software Development is required.
- Knowledge of/with the General Accounting and Finance System (GAFS) and Standard Material Accounting System (SMAS) is desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with highly desirable presentation abilities.

- A strong understanding of government financial regulations.
- Proficiency in modern financial analysis tools.
